“Goldin Financial 117” is a new architectural landmark in Tianjin, a coastal metropolis of 15,469,500 people in northern China, which is one of the four national central cities in China. The tower, located within the central business district, is 117-stories tall with a total height of the 597 m. When completed in 2019, it will become the tallest building in Northern China.

The mixed-use building features office space on the bottom floors and a luxury hotel on the upper floors.
