Changsha IFS Tower T1 is a 452-m. skyscraper in a twin-tower development in Changsha, China. Changsha is the capital city of Hunan province in the south-central part of China with a population of 7,431,800. The development is well positioned in the prime area in Business District to achieve its primary purpose of becoming a new landmark of the city and attracting financial institutions in Hunan Province.
The tower features 94 floors of office space and a premium hotel. On the ground level, a block-sized podium generates triangulation between the office uses above and transportation infrastructure below. The podium features a mega retail mall, which is expected to become the largest in Central China.
